Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 16, 2021, Hansgregory Charles Hartmann, Chief Operating Officer of Lucira Health, Inc. (the “Company”), delivered notice of his resignation from this position and from his employment with the Company, to be effective on July 31, 2021. Mr. Hartmann’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
